Sometimes because of my complexion and sometimes because of not being muscular enough.”
“I knew, it would be a lot of struggle for me to crack it in the industry because its not easy as many people come every day to Mumbai to follow their passion. I gave hundreds of auditions. I have done many advertisements just to survive, because Bombay is an expensive city,” he added.
Speaking about the issue of sexual abuse prevailing in the film industry, the Trapped actor said that people should come forward fearlessly to share their opinion on various social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
As the actor has won many accolades this year for his films, the actor was asked to share his thoughts about having a successful 2017. Rajkummar Rao said, “Of course, I feel happy that we’ve had some amazing and interesting films in 2017, and I have been a part of some of those movies. People have appreciated my work. That’s what I expect of myself.”
